About the role
ANZ is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Rouse Hill Town Centre location. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the branch, driving sales, ensuring service excellence and maintaining compliance with ANZ policies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, customer service and compliance.
- Deliver growth targets across quality sales activity, revenue, productivity and branch profit.
- Lead, develop and motivate branch staff to achieve performance pillars.
- Maintain high standards of service excellence and customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Proven business development and sales planning experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Commercial acumen with business management experience.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Previous retail banking experience is highly desirable.
