Boilermaker - Mine Maintenance (Mount Magnet, WA)

About the role

Pearl Recruitment Group is recruiting three experienced Boilermakers for a mine maintenance contractor based in Mount Magnet, Western Australia. The assignment lasts about 3 to 4 weeks and combines workshop-based fabrication and repairs with site maintenance. The work is offered at $65 per hour plus superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• General boilermaking and maintenance duties
• Structural repairs and fabrication
• Workshop-based repairs in Mount Magnet
• Site maintenance work

Required profile

• Australian-recognised trade certificate
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 3 months
• Pre-employment medical completed within the last 6 months
• Current LabDAS completed within the last 28 days
• Current Australian driver's licence, ideally LT or MR
• Construction White Card

Required skills

• Confined space entry
• Working at heights
• Gas test atmospheres and first attack firefighting, or equivalent, desirable
• High Risk Work Licences (DG, RB, WP or LF) highly regarded
