About the role

Galderma is looking for an experienced biologics representative to join its team for the launch of a significant new medicine in dermatology in Australia. The role suits high-performing specialty sales professionals who have successfully launched biologics in immunology or other specialist therapy areas and want a new challenge. Working closely with dermatologists and key stakeholders, you will help establish a new treatment option in the market and have the autonomy to shape your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Own territory-level launch execution, activating KOLs, early adopters and key centres of influence from day one
• Engage dermatologists at a peer level, using clinical data and real-world evidence to build belief
• Build and own accounts from dermatologist to nurse, practice manager and hospital teams
• Navigate PBS, Special Authority and access pathways to accelerate patient access
• Bring back field insights, objections and opportunities so the national team can move faster
• Operate with the highest standards of compliance and integrity under the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct

Required profile

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with progression into senior specialty roles
• Proven biologics background; dermatology, rheumatology or immunology experience strongly preferred
• Track record of launch success in the Australian market
• Science degree or equivalent
• Full Australian working rights and current driver's licence

Required skills

• Strong PBS and access pathway knowledge, including exposure to hospital drug listing processes
• Established, trusted relationships with dermatologists across the territory
