Bilingual Analyst – Measurement Success (Japanese/English)

About the role

The Measurement Success Analyst will support English‑ and Japanese‑speaking clients on Cint’s digital media measurement solutions. You will act as a consultative resource, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of insights across bilingual engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct communication with clients in both English and Japanese about brand lift methodology, product features, roadmap, and best practices.
• Translate complex technical and methodological concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.
• Train and engage advertising and media customers on Cint’s proprietary cross‑platform measurement software.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, delegating tasks and maintaining high quality with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to flag customer challenges and drive product improvements.
• Compile and analyse data from Cint software, Excel, Qualtrics, and Salesforce to meet client measurement goals.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both English and Japanese for written and verbal business communication.
• BA/BS degree and 1–3 years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, or related client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and directly.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter mindset with a strong work ethic and accountability.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Salesforce and Qualtrics (or similar survey platforms).
• Ability to conduct business conversations and presentations in both English and Japanese.
