About the role

HEH Civil is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the tender process for civil construction opportunities across Queensland. You will ensure submissions are clear, compliant and delivered on time, working closely with estimating and project teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Review tender documents, set bid plans, deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate input from estimating, commercial, project, safety, quality, environment and leadership teams.
  • Write, edit and compile responses, methodologies, project examples and personnel profiles.
  • Manage reviews, approvals, document control and final lodgement of bids.
  • Maintain templates, project records, CVs and capability information.
  • Track upcoming opportunities and record feedback after tender outcomes.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure bids from review to lodgement.
  • Strong ability to interpret tender requirements, ask relevant questions and keep contributors on track.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet firm deadlines.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
