About the role

Lead the Bell Services team at a premier Perth hotel, ensuring seamless arrival and departure experiences for guests while fostering a high‑performing, service‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily Bell Services operations, including luggage handling, valet parking and driveway management.
Coach, mentor and develop Bell Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver exceptional guest service.
Coordinate VIP arrivals, group movements and special guest requests.
Maintain service standards across all guest touchpoints and resolve enquiries promptly.
Manage rosters, labour resources and operational requirements in partnership with Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping.

Required profile

Previous leadership experience in hotels, hospitality or a similar customer‑focused environment.
Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality setting and juggle multiple priorities.
Current manual driver’s licence.
Experience with Opera or similar property management systems is highly regarded.
