Behaviour Support Practitioner

About the role

Join Better Rehab as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and enjoy genuine flexibility, including work‑from‑home options and autonomy over your calendar. You will support NDIS participants across a varied caseload, building long‑term relationships and seeing the impact of your work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide behaviour support services to NDIS participants in homes, clinics and community settings.
• Develop and implement individual support plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including OT, speech pathology and physiotherapy.
• Participate in 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and case reviews.

Required profile

• PBS Registration – Core Suitability or higher.
• Background in Psychology, Social Work or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in behaviour support.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check.

Required skills

• PBS registration and knowledge of behaviour support frameworks.
• Familiarity with NDIS processes and documentation.
