Base Management Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

Superloop is seeking a skilled Base Management Manager or Assistant Manager to lead customer lifecycle initiatives within Australia’s broadband sector. You will shape strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue while collaborating closely with finance and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive customer life‑cycle management plans to maximise lifetime value through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to create personalised, proactive engagement tactics.
• Partner with the Consumer Finance team to develop budgets, evaluate business cases and allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare business proposals for new products and campaigns, focusing on gross revenue, ARPU, plan distribution, VAS attachment rates and gross margin.
• Drive base management strategies that boost satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth.
• Leverage data analytics to generate insights, monitor KPIs and assess the impact of initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to co‑create campaign strategies aligned with lifecycle objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Partial or full qualification in CIMA, CA or ACCA.
• Proven experience in customer lifecycle, base management or related analytical roles, preferably within telecom or a similar industry.
