Barista / Café All-Rounder

About the role

A growing café is looking for an energetic and friendly Barista / Café All-Rounder to join its team from July on a permanent part-time basis. You will be part of a fast-paced, community-focused café and support all areas of daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Take orders and process payments
• Prepare and present food
• Maintain cleanliness and café presentation
• Carry out opening and closing duties
• Support the wider team where needed

Required profile

• Previous barista experience, able to work independently during busy periods
• Friendly, positive and reliable attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekends (essential)
• Current Australian working rights
