Regional Performance Manager - Spa Network

About the role

Merse Wellness Spa, founded by the team behind Fitness Cartel Health Clubs, offers spa experiences focused on rehabilitation, recovery and relaxation. It is looking for an experienced Regional Performance Manager to lead the performance of its growing spa network. Based at the Virginia Support Office and reporting to the General Manager, the role supports Spa Managers and their teams in delivering strong commercial results, consistent operations and an exceptional guest experience across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and other performance targets across all spas, reviewing treatment bookings, memberships, packages, rebooking, retail and labour productivity.
• Coach and mentor Spa Managers, leading one-on-ones, sales meetings and team check-ins, and working with them on improvement plans.
• Maintain operational, brand, guest service and workplace health and safety standards; oversee site audits, risk checks and incident investigations.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions and local community activations, and monitor guest feedback.
• Lead projects that improve systems, workflows and the guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi-site or regional management within spa, wellness, retail or hospitality.
• Track record of improving sales, profitability and operational performance.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, and commercial confidence in interpreting performance data.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety, compliance and operational standards.
• Preferred: Certificate IV or higher in Beauty, Spa Management, Hospitality or Business.
• Required: current First Aid and CPR certification.

Required skills

• Confidence using digital tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint or CRM systems.
• Clear communication, strong organisation and practical problem-solving.
