Bar, Restaurant & Barista – Blue Dolphin Resort

About the role

Join the vibrant Bar, Restaurant and Café team at Blue Dolphin Resort Yamba for a busy holiday season. You’ll be serving morning coffees, sunset drinks and supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, welcoming service to guests and visitors.
• Take food and beverage orders, process payments using POS systems and serve quality coffee.
• Serve beer, wine, spirits and cocktails responsibly (RSA required).
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar spaces and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and restocking supplies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar or similar hospitality environment.
• Barista experience with confidence preparing quality coffee.
• Current RSA Certificate and ability to work a rotating roster from early morning to evening, including weekends and holidays.
