About the role

Join the Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort team in beautiful Yamba as a Kitchen Attendant. You’ll help keep the busy kitchen and food truck clean, organised and ready for service, supporting a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with food preparation and general duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen, food prep and dishwashing areas.
• Wash and care for cooking equipment, utensils and tools.
• Assist with basic ingredient preparation as needed.
• Uphold high food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, busy team.
• Interest in hospitality and kitchen operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
