Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalised food and beverage service during banquet functions.
• Set up, service, and breakdown event spaces according to banquet event orders.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all event areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs.
• Assist with preparation and resetting of spaces for consecutive functions.

Required profile

• Warm, professional, and proactive approach to guest interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and natural hospitality flair.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
