About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience for customers across the Toowoomba Region. You will meet end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice on digital solutions and act as a trusted advocate for the bank.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service and complete transactions in branch.
- Conduct needs‑based conversations and recommend appropriate financial products.
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions.
- Contribute to customer engagement, advocacy and branch initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with ANZ and branch policies, including risk‑based “know your customer” requirements.
- Work rostered shifts, including Saturdays, to meet branch operating hours.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus.
- Ability to adhere to compliance and risk standards.
- Willingness to work flexible, rostered hours.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
