About the role

ANZ is seeking a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its retail branch in Toowoomba. The role focuses on delivering a seamless banking experience, helping customers with transactions, financial advice and digital solutions while promoting ANZ’s customer promises.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Process a range of banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and educate customers on digital banking channels and self‑service tools.
• Maintain compliance with ANZ policies, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to branch initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and advocacy.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with experience in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of banking products and digital solutions.

Required skills
