Banking Consultant – Northern Gold Coast

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers across the Northern Gold Coast. You will meet each client’s end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct needs‑based conversations, and educate them on digital and traditional financial solutions while upholding ANZ’s Customer Promises.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service in branch, handling transactions and product fulfilment according to accreditation level.
• Drive customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for clients.
• Participate in bank programmes and initiatives, supporting branch goals.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a role model and peer coach for colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Work rostered shifts, including occasional Saturdays, to meet branch operating hours.
