About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ Retail Banking, you will deliver seamless branch experiences, meeting customers' end‑to‑end financial needs, providing advice, and promoting digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a seamless branch experience through transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to enhance customer experience.
- Support bank programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with ANZ policies and risk requirements.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work in a collaborative environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance and strong communication skills.
