Automotive Technician

About the role

Join RAC Auto Services at the expanding Joondalup Service Centre and work in a modern, air‑conditioned workshop. You will have your own dedicated bay and access to staff‑only amenities to support high‑quality vehicle servicing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service and repair on a variety of light vehicles.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical diagnostics and record daily activities.
• Mentor apprentices and guide them through repair procedures.
• Repair breakdown vehicles that are towed into the centre.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship with a trade qualification in the automotive industry.
• C Class driver’s licence and experience in a workshop or mobile‑mechanic environment.

Required skills

• Mechanical diagnostics.
• Electrical diagnostics.
