About the role
The position reports to the Workshop Controller and focuses on preparing new vehicles for customer delivery in a fast‑growing dealer group with new facilities in Melbourne.
Key responsibilities
- Fit and install accessories to manufacturer standards and remove stickers and transport protection materials.
- Carry out vehicle quality checks, servicing and maintenance as required before handover.
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
Required profile
- Australian recognised automotive mechanic qualification or experience as a Trade Assistant/Pre‑Delivery Technician.
- Dealership experience is desirable and strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and be self‑motivated.
Required skills
- Vehicle preparation and accessory fitting.
- Conducting quality inspections and basic vehicle servicing.
