Authorized Prescriber – Medicinal Cannabis (GP/Psychiatrist) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an Authorised Prescriber of medicinal cannabis – a General Practitioner, Psychiatrist or other qualified healthcare professional – to join a fast‑growing start‑up at the intersection of cannabis and digital health. The role is fully remote, allowing you to consult via telehealth from anywhere in Australia while building a flexible caseload around your existing commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations with patients interested in natural alternatives for managing their conditions.
• Develop and maintain patient treatment plans, ensuring clear notes and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Prescribe medicinal cannabis and other natural alternative medicines in a product‑agnostic manner.
• Expand your patient base with support from an integrated appointment and patient‑management platform.
• Contribute clinical insight to help shape best practice as the company scales.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration with Authorised Prescriber status for medicinal cannabis (PG3+).
• Demonstrated experience prescribing medicinal cannabis.
• Independent Medical Insurance Policy.
• Professional, private space suitable for telehealth consultations.
• Exceptional patient‑focused approach and compassionate communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
