Audit Associate / Senior Associate (Australia)

About the role

EY is looking for Associates and Senior Associates to join its Audit practice across Australia. You will work with the data transformation team to develop custom audit solutions that automate key stages of the audit process, allowing you to focus on client engagement and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate audits, taking audit risk into account and ensuring compliance with EY policies and protocols.
• Execute audit procedures with a solid understanding of the client’s operating environment.

Required profile

• Experience delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
• Proven ability to lead audit planning, execution and reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS and related financial reporting matters.
• Degree or progress toward a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
