Atlassian Consultant

About the role

GLiNTECH is seeking an Atlassian Consultant to work closely with clients on Atlassian Cloud solutions, transformation initiatives, and strategic technical advice. This hands‑on consulting role offers the chance to expand expertise in Rovo, AI‑enabled solutions and emerging agentic technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end Atlassian Cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Design and implement tailored solutions across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Rovo.
• Translate business and technical requirements into delivery plans, roadmaps and successful outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management and go‑live activities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, providing strategic and technical guidance throughout their transformation journey.
• Support the full consulting lifecycle from discovery to optimisation and user adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery managers and consultants on pre‑sales activities such as solution design and estimates.

Required profile

• Experience delivering enterprise technology, cloud migration or digital transformation projects.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on exposure to Atlassian Rovo or other AI‑enabled technologies.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Full Australian working rights.

• Atlassian Rovo and AI‑enabled workflow development.
• Agile delivery practices (sprint planning, backlog management).
• Enterprise architecture, cloud migrations, security or governance (highly regarded).
