Associate/Assistant Professor – Nutrition and Dietetics

About the role

Bond University seeks an experienced nutrition and dietetics academic to join its Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine. The role involves teaching, curriculum development and research within the accredited Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice program.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate postgraduate nutrition and dietetics subjects, ensuring high‑quality learning outcomes.
• Contribute to scholarship and research that enhances student learning, professional capability and workforce readiness.
• Participate in senior leadership activities, curriculum design and professional engagement across health sciences.

Required profile

• Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or eligible for Dietitians Australia accreditation.
• PhD in a relevant discipline (or substantial progress) – required for Associate Professor level.
• Proven record of higher‑education teaching, curriculum design and innovative assessment practices.
• Demonstrated research capability through publications, supervision, grants or collaborative projects.

Required skills
