Associate Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level)

About the role

Join Marble’s fast‑growing recruitment team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. You will work hands‑on with experienced consultants, supporting mining and construction clients while building your own candidate desk.

Key responsibilities

• Support key clients with hiring needs across active sites and projects.
• Source and engage quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to placement.
• Conduct interviews and present candidates in a clear, concise manner.
• Assist with contract generation and ongoing contractor management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in Bullhorn CRM and ensure compliance standards.
• Contribute to lead generation and develop market knowledge.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, drive and a desire to build a long‑term career.
• Experience in a customer‑facing or phone‑based role (e.g., sales, retail, hospitality).
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people.
• Resilience and motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
