Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Superloop is looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to join its product team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help ensure the quality of customer‑facing and internal applications by developing test plans, automating tests, and collaborating with development leaders and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop test plans, strategies and execute testing for both external and internal applications.
• Write automation scripts using frameworks such as Cypress.
• Perform non‑functional testing and validate system modifications.
• Identify improvement areas in existing systems and test the changes.
• Coordinate priorities and deliverables with the Team Leader or Manager.
• Maintain consistent testing conventions, practices and methodologies.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to confirm integrations meet business requirements.
• Provide accurate QA effort estimates and communicate potential delays.
• Manage testing processes to comply with ISO27001 and industry best practices.
• Follow an agile development methodology, using documented user stories and backlog reviews.

Required profile

• Ability to work collaboratively with development teams, managers and external partners.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
• Comfort with agile project environments and documented user stories.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality software.
