Associate - New Ventures (Sydney)

About the role

Naia Health, which aims to make ageing optional by redesigning healthcare, is hiring an Associate for its New Ventures team in Sydney. This is a full-time, on-site, high-ownership role that works across products, functions and divisions rather than in a single silo. It is a builder pathway: you will execute hands-on, learn how to structure complex problems and design real solutions, and high performers can progress to Executive roles leading projects and teams.

Work is organised on 12-week project cycles around the highest-impact priorities set by the executive team, with performance-based compensation tied to outcomes and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact enterprise projects, turning strategic priorities into systems, products, platforms or businesses.
• Build and improve internal platforms, systems and operating models that improve performance, efficiency and execution speed.
• Structure and deliver new products, business lines or initiatives from concept through to operational handoff.
• Work on cross-company initiatives that remove structural constraints to growth.
• Help build project teams and transition mature systems into long-term operating structures.
• Execute hands-on across projects, including research, analysis, design, coordination, build, testing and delivery.

Required profile

• Must be 18 or older; formal qualifications or experience are not required.
• Strong internal drive and self-motivation, with extreme ownership of outcomes.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to understand complex problems and new industries from first principles.
• Willingness to do whatever the role requires in the moment, including unglamorous or practical work.
