About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Marketing Services team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting credit‑card portfolio marketing and driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering credit‑card portfolio marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with product squads, creative agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders to execute campaigns.
• Assist in campaign delivery, performance tracking, and marketing reporting.
• Analyse customer data to optimise marketing performance across channels.
• Contribute to the development of segmentation, targeting, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing strategy or consulting, preferably within financial services or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of credit‑card marketing concepts and customer segmentation.
• Familiarity with campaign management processes and performance metrics.
