About the role
Chambers Russell Lawyers is seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer to join its expanding Queensland strata team. You will manage an independent caseload under partner supervision, delivering high‑quality legal services across litigation, dispute resolution, construction and transactional advisory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client matters from inception to resolution, including court appearances and negotiations.
- Provide strategic legal advice in construction, dispute and transactional contexts.
- Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
- Meet deadlines and manage time effectively across multiple cases.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers and support the growth of the Queensland team.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year post‑admission experience in litigation, dispute resolution, construction or transactional advisory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time‑management abilities and a proactive, team‑player mindset.
