Associate - Forensic Data Analytics

About the role

Join KordaMentha's Forensic Data Analytics team to turn data into evidence and insights into impact. You will work on high‑profile investigations, class actions, remediation programs and complex disputes for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large financial, payroll and transactional datasets to identify trends, anomalies and risk areas.
• Build and enhance analytical, financial and statistical models supporting investigations and high‑stakes decision‑making.
• Transform complex data into insights through reports, dashboards, visualisations and presentations.
• Work directly with clients, legal advisers and senior stakeholders to understand challenges and communicate findings.
• Manage engagement deliverables, mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, forensic analytics or financial modelling within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
