Associate Event Producer

About the role

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create unique live experiences, supporting the Executive Producer and Project Manager in delivering high‑quality events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event production, from pre‑production logistics and vendor selection to on‑site execution and post‑event wrap‑up.
• Create and maintain production timelines, ensuring teams stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors, handle quotes, invoices, and P&L updates.
• Secure permits, insurance, and venue bookings, both domestically and internationally.
• Handle administrative duties such as expense reports, invoicing, and contract coordination with legal.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in live event production or experiential marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform event decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and permitting requirements.
• Familiarity with promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram.
