Associate Director – Government & Established Vaccines

About the role

GSK is seeking an Associate Director to lead Government and Established Vaccines strategy across Australia. Reporting to the Vice President and Business Unit Director, you will shape commercial growth, public‑health impact and government partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Government & Established Vaccines business strategy to deliver sustainable growth.
• Build and strengthen relationships with government, public health and key healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify and execute opportunities to expand vaccination uptake and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner across Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Supply Chain teams to deliver business objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development to a high‑performing team.
• Monitor market dynamics and shape strategic responses to emerging opportunities and challenges.

Required profile

• Significant experience in pharmaceuticals, vaccines, healthcare or a related industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience working with government customers, healthcare systems or public‑health environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership and team development capabilities.
• A passion for improving health outcomes and making a meaningful difference.
