About the role
Design & Build is partnering with a leading national architecture practice to hire an Associate Architect for their Brisbane office. You will lead a multi‑residential team, overseeing projects from concept through construction while driving design excellence and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project delivery for multi‑residential developments, managing programmes, resources, budgets, deliverables and quality.
- Coordinate and mentor a team of graduate to senior architects, ensuring technical excellence and successful outcomes.
- Conduct and contribute to design reviews across projects, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while promoting a high‑performing studio culture.
Required profile
- Queensland architectural registration highly regarded.
- Minimum 10 years post‑Masters experience.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale or complex multi‑residential projects.
- Experience managing teams and delivering projects.
- Advanced Revit proficiency and strong understanding of BIM workflows.
