Assistant Store Manager - Repco Tuggeranong

About the role

Repco, part of GPC Asia Pacific, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for its Tuggeranong store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage daily operations, while supporting and developing your team so that customers receive outstanding service. The role involves opening and closing the store and requires physical work such as lifting, bending and climbing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily store operations
• Work with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations
• Coach and develop team members
• Role model genuine service and provide a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues and customers
• Handle opening and closing duties

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience, or readiness for the next step
• Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations
• Ideally mechanical or automotive parts knowledge
• Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence
• Physical capacity to handle heavy products and perform lifting, bending and climbing
• Prioritises safety
