About the role

Bed Bath & Beyond is looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join its Hurstville store. This is a key leadership position that supports the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales. The role is advertised as fixed term.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing and mentoring the store team
• Drive exceptional customer service and outstanding store sales
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and individual KPIs

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a passion for customer service that exceeds expectations
• Desire to be part of a high-performance culture and achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs
• Passion for detailed home styling and creating a beautiful home environment
