Assistant Restaurant Manager - Reynella Drive-Thru

About the role

Nando's is opening a new drive-thru restaurant in Reynella in early 2027 and is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will join the team ahead of opening, complete onboarding and training, and help prepare the team for opening day.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, support and inspire the team to bring their best
• Set the pace, bring the energy and help shape a positive team culture from day one
• Help run the restaurant with support and training at the Marion site before opening

Required profile

• Right to work in Australia and age 18+
• Comfortable working with all Nando's ingredients and obtaining required certifications such as liquor accreditation and First Aid
• Drive-thru experience, passion for people and hands-on leadership
