Assistant Manager – Outdoor Dining (Wintjiri Wiru)

About the role

The Wintjiri Wiru Assistant Manager will support the Outdoor Dining team at Ayers Rock Resort, delivering a memorable guest experience in the iconic Red Centre. Based onsite in Yulara, you will work closely with the manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Wintjiri Wiru Manager in supervising staff and daily dining operations.
• Lead by example, promoting professional conduct and safe work practices.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency.
• Handle guest complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical team on drone support for unique service experiences.
• Maintain clear communication with the Food & Beverage Director and all team members.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic hospitality professional with strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Valid full Australian driver’s licence.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Willingness to live and work onsite at the resort.
