About the role
The Assistant Front Office Manager will lead the hotel in the absence of senior management, ensuring smooth operations and delivering Ovolo's promise of effortless guest experiences. This full‑time position requires flexibility to work mornings, nights and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all Front Office functions and support reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B teams.
- Drive upsell revenue through effective team training.
- Provide training, support and mentorship to future leaders.
- Ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Assist senior management with preparing documents and hotel logs.
Required profile
- Previous hotel duty manager experience or current front office supervisor seeking progression.
- People‑person with a bright, bubbly attitude who can engage guests and staff.
- Willingness to get hands‑dirty and work flexible hours.
