About the role

Cotton On is looking for an enthusiastic Area Manager to lead a group of stores across the ACT region. You will inspire, engage and develop store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and embed a people‑first culture, building a team of brand ambassadors.
• Develop high‑performing, customer‑focused teams and set clear performance targets.
• Champion customer excellence and operational standards through consistent direction.
• Empower Store Managers with strategic planning and leadership support.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to create cohesive, impactful store experiences.
• Advocate for The Good initiatives and promote community impact projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable store‑level plans.
• Passion for fashion retail and delivering outstanding customer service.
