Area Manager – Multi‑site Restaurant Leadership

About the role

You will lead 5‑8 Nando’s restaurants and around 200 team members, creating environments where people grow, teams thrive, and customers experience the Nando’s magic. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you own your diary and impact across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build high‑performing, engaged teams and develop future leaders from within.
• Coach Restaurant Managers to lift capability, confidence and performance.
• Support recruitment, talent succession and internal development to ensure strong bench strength.
• Drive culture, performance and consistency across all sites.
• Partner with People Partner and Regional General Manager to align goals and momentum.
• Lead on customer, people, safety, operations, sales and profit outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, grow sales and strengthen the area.
