Area Manager (Cleaning) - Moss Vale

About the role

Joss Group, a family-owned business delivering cleaning and facilities services across regional NSW for over 20 years, is looking for an experienced and motivated Area Manager (Cleaning) to lead its cleaning operations across the Moss Vale region on a full-time basis. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out and about rather than staying at a desk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of cleaning staff
• Visit sites regularly, support teams and work with clients to deliver services safely and to a consistently high standard
• Hold regular client meetings to maintain strong partnerships
• Verify payroll information fortnightly
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules
• Carry out site inspections and quality audits to meet company standards
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory
• Respond to routine, preventative and emergency cleaning requirements
• Promote a positive, safety-focused workplace culture

Required profile

• Previous experience leading or supervising a successful team
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving and strong organisational and time management skills

Required skills

• Leadership and communication skills
• Current driver's licence
• Working With Children Check obtained before starting
• National Police Check clearance maintained by the company
