Architectural Project Coordinator

About the role

This position supports a Project Leader as the second‑in‑command on large multi‑residential and private aged‑care developments across NSW. It offers a stepping‑stone to project leadership with exposure to design development, tender and construction phases.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate structural, services and specialist consultants and manage the flow of information.
• Maintain drawing quality, oversee Revit documentation and ensure technical issues are resolved before site delivery.
• Track programme progress, support day‑to‑day team activities and assist the Project Leader with client communication.
• Review incoming information, resolve documentation conflicts and support decision‑making across the project.

Required profile

• Experience working within an Australian architecture practice.
• Degree in Architecture.
• Strong capability in Revit documentation.
• Proven experience coordinating structural, services and other consultant packages.
