Application Architect Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Application Architect Manager to design and deliver cloud‑based solutions that meet client needs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into robust technical architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client requirements and create effective solution designs.
• Lead architectural assessments, technology selection and effort estimation.
• Define and drive best‑in‑class solutions to meet performance and scalability goals.
• Oversee a cross‑functional development team, providing coaching, mentorship and performance guidance.
• Recommend and implement changes to development standards and system architectures.
• Develop custom applications using C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure, including integration services and APIs.
• Leverage DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS and cloud services for rapid delivery.
• Create conceptual architecture diagrams and solution design documentation.
• Implement APIs, micro‑services, database designs and ORM layers.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering client‑focused software solutions.
• Strong background in technical planning, architecture development and cloud platform roll‑outs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Experience with Azure AI and evaluating product compatibility.
