Appian Developer – Sydney

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Designer with 5 years of Appian design and development experience implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Appian development, process automation, performance tuning, platform administration, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise Appian applications including interfaces, rules, integrations, records, sites, reports and process models.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply Appian best practices for performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate Appian with external systems via Web APIs, RDBMS, REST and SOAP services.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging and performance tuning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Appian design and development experience.
• Strong background in BPM solutions and process automation.
• Experience with platform administration and system integration.
