About the role
Join Lucid Software’s fast‑growing APAC team as a Business Development Representative. You will act as a strategic partner to Account Executives, planning territories and driving expansion across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to map territories and target key accounts.
- Execute a multi‑channel outreach strategy using cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn social selling.
- Develop deep product knowledge to address business challenges for IT, Operations and Engineering leaders.
- Support discovery calls, assist in presentations and eventually lead and close foundational transactions.
- Manage pipeline with Salesforce, Salesloft and ZoomInfo.
Required profile
- 6–12 months of sales or customer‑facing experience with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage C‑suite executives.
- Growth mindset, coachable and driven by results.
- Organized, adaptable and motivated to succeed.
