Analyst or Associate – Corporate Advisory

About the role
Join a leading independent corporate advisory firm operating under an Australian Financial Services Licence. You will support debt and equity capital raisings and provide strategic advisory to corporate clients in a collaborative, flat‑structure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Conduct valuation, credit and commercial analysis.
- Prepare client materials such as pitch decks, information memoranda and management presentations.
- Support transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle, from origination to completion.
- Assist with due diligence processes, project coordination and stakeholder management.
Required profile
- Up to 7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, structured finance, corporate finance or related advisory roles.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with solid analytical capability.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, transaction‑focused environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
