About the role
Join Janus Henderson as an Analyst, Office and Team Assistant and provide essential administrative and operational support to the Australian business and Office Manager. You will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting people‑focused initiatives and senior‑level meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, roadshows and correspondence for the Office Manager and Australian team.
- Support office operations, facilities, supplier relationships, onboarding tasks and leave coverage.
- Assist the People Department with planning and delivering local events, DEI initiatives and charity activities.
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked office environment, handling stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Serve as first point of contact for staff queries on printing, couriers, systems and general admin.
- Organise logistics, documentation and follow‑ups for Board, Committee and Product Forum meetings, including minute taking and approval processes.
- Maintain compliance documentation, policies, training records and attestations for audit readiness.
- Coordinate internal and external data requests, quality‑check responses and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with global Janus Henderson offices across different time zones as needed.
Required profile
