AI Transformation & Enablement Partner

About the role

We are seeking an AI Transformation & Enablement Partner to help organisations across LexisNexis APAC unlock the power of artificial intelligence. In this newly created position you will embed within business functions, partner with leaders and teams, and drive measurable improvements through AI‑enabled process redesign and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify AI transformation opportunities by analysing end‑to‑end workflows, processes and operating models.
• Partner with leaders across Content, Go‑to‑Market, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to build a pipeline of AI‑enabled use cases.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses and implementation roadmaps, and support vendor evaluations and build‑versus‑buy decisions.
• Act as an AI ambassador, influencing stakeholders, championing change, and improving AI literacy across the organisation.
• Support pilots, roll‑outs and implementation activities, define success metrics, and monitor adoption and realised business value.

Required profile

• Curious, highly collaborative professional comfortable working across multiple business functions.
• Background in business transformation, consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, business analysis, program delivery or change management.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement skills and ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI‑enabled solutions.
