AI-Native Engineer – Full‑Stack Software Development

About the role

This role is for engineers passionate about AI and reinventing software development to deliver faster, higher‑quality products. You will join a team that builds AI‑powered solutions for Fortune‑1000 clients, working from discovery through to production and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver features and workstreams from prototype through production for client engagements.
• Develop full‑stack solutions across frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Node.js, Java or .NET) and build AI‑powered systems that generate measurable client value.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, quality assurance and support DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
• Work directly with client teams, gather requirements, shape solutions and communicate technical decisions clearly.
• Identify and flag risks early, ensuring smooth delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with ReactJS for frontend and Node.js, Java or .NET for backend.
• Regular use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor in real projects.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, design patterns and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
