AI Change Specialist

About the role

The AI Change Specialist will lead the adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working across Brisbane North PHN. Working with staff at all levels, you will ensure practical, safe and responsible use of AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Coach leaders and teams to embed AI‑enabled workflows and sustain organisational change.
• Drive implementation and effective use of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Design and deliver training and awareness programmes to raise AI literacy and confidence across the workforce.
• Develop and enforce AI governance frameworks, policies and controls to meet privacy, security and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, business, data, organisational change or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering user adoption, change management and training for new technologies across diverse staff groups.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to explain AI concepts clearly to all levels.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and relevant Australian or international standards.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite (Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview).
• AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
