Agribusiness Branch Manager - Griffith NSW

About the role

A leading Australian agribusiness is recruiting an experienced Branch Manager to lead an established operation in Griffith, NSW. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, commercial performance and day-to-day operations of the branch, developing your team, strengthening key customer relationships and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational objectives. This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 25 people
• Drive sales growth and branch profitability
• Build strong relationships with key agricultural clients
• Manage budgets, branch operations and inventory
• Support business development and community engagement

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in agriculture, rural retail, sales or branch management
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a successful team
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, budgets and branch performance

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
